After a long period of injuries (achilles tendon), I'm back in training.My mileage is not yet what it has to be, but it's a start. The shape I'm in right now is not something to be proud of. I know I have a long way to go and it ain't
going to be easy to break that 1500m PB this summer. But I think I got the right people around me now to get back there. Something I learned in the past year and something what a lot of people forget in europe is that running is actually a teamsport. You're not reaching your highest potentials on your own, whatever those potentials may be.
I'd like to say thanks so the guys of High Performance Running Team to give me the opportunity to be a member of this team and get a shot at reaching my highest potential.
We'll see how it goes.
