Short notice: No National Championships 07/14/2010
I won't start this weekend in the national championship race. My next race will be the Memorial Rasschaert in Ninove on August 7th. See you there! Mon, 08 Nov 2010 16:14:25 Hey, my name is Sawyer. Im from colorado. I am a runner! I won my highschool state meet. What is amazing is im only a freshmen in highschool. I beat all those upperclass men. We ran a 5k. My time was 15:58.54. The altitude was 4900 feet! Mon, 08 Nov 2010 16:19:15 oh ya, my best 16oo meter ( 1 mile ) time is 4:19.55 but it was at the 2010 spring national track meet in hershey, pennsylvania so it was low altitude. In my home town in colorado i ran a 4:44.16 at around 5000 feet. Your an amzing athlete!
